The objective was to create an art installation that embodies the essence of Dubai Holding Real Estate while showcasing sustainability and modern construction technologies.

This installation aims to reflect the company’s commitment to innovative building practices and environmental responsibility.

In collaboration with the artist, we proposed two concepts:

• The Tower: Inspired by the popular game “Jenga,” it features a structure assembled from recognizable construction elements and architectural forms.
• The Pavilion Rotunda: A design consisting of a structure supporting a sphere made of reinforcement mesh, enclosing fertile soil. Over time, with proper care and attention, the sphere is envisioned to transform into a lush, green form covered with vegetation and flowers.
